Saturday morning, I was dying for a sweet treat. Thank goodness I remembered the Lemon Poppyseed Muffin mix I had in my pantry!
So I snuck into the kitchen while Derek was playing video games and got to work. Thankfully, as I'm not much of a baker, the instructions only called for milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. You'd have to be crazy to mess this up!
